This is my first blog post and I officially announce that I don´t intend to write long stories along my recipes. I personally always skip them on other blogs and my time is very limited. These smoothie bowls were already made in summer, when I had access to fresh local fruits. But in the age of supermarkets filled with goods, any kind of fruit is available almost anytime, so it shouldn´t be a problem to get them. Or you can use frozen fruits.
Magenta Smoothiebowl
- 1 banana
- a handful of blackberries
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- blend all ingredients together
- decorate with fruits, nuts, coconut, chocolate, or anything you like
Blue Smoothiebowl
- 1 banana
- a handful of blueberries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 spoon of blue spirulina
- blend everything together
- decorate
Pink Smoothiebowl
- 1 banana
- a handful of strawberries
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 spoon of pitahaya powder
- blend all ingredients together
- decorate
Purple Smoothiebowl
- 1 banana
- a handful of blackberiies
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 spoon acai powder
- blend everything together
- decorate
You will obtain the blue, pink or purple color only by using the super-food powders. I brought mine from Germany.
